十五歲開始留學美國，居於美國二十年，在當地取得工商管理碩士。曾出任美國及香港多家機構的行政及管理職務，亦曾擔任 ESL (English as a Second Language) 教師，教授不同國籍人士英語。現居於香港，運用多年留居海外及商界工作的經驗，教授不同人士英語，包括成人日常及商用英語、職業英語、中學英語、幫助學生應付各類本地及海外公開考試如 HKCEE, HKAL, IELTS, IGCSE 等；亦參與 City University SCOPE 和僱員再培訓局 (ERB) 合辦的課程，教授商業行政、人力資源及商業英語。
